Sleep issues are often linked to stress.
Good sleep however is crucial. It is where we recharge our batteries, detoxify our brains, stimulate our immune system, and process the day’s events and so much more.
It gets to the point where we not only can’t sleep as we are worrying about issues, we also start worrying about not sleeping…
Would you like to learn how you can improve the quality of your sleep by knowing what to eat, what to do and which exercises can help so you regain control of your well-being?
Our sleep needs have not changed, but our lifestyle has.
In this course I will be sharing science-based knowledge, tips and tricks and simple exercises which will clearly increase the quality of your sleep, and all you will need to do so are your own two hands.
You will learn:
- To recognize different sleeping patterns
- Some life-changing, easy to implement exercises
- Which foods can help and which definitely do not
- Other tips and tricks
The English-language online life course will start the first week of September. One session of one hour a week (Monday evening 20:00 AMS time) for 4 consecutive weeks. (Should you live in a different time zone, please let me know so I can tailor-make for you)

Stress: course 2
Stress is a normal part of life and a little bit of it is a good thing as it leads us to not become complacent and make changes and move forward. Nowadays however, with our fast-paced global world, our 24/7 availability due to technology, we are bombarded with a stress that our bodies have not yet evolved enough to cope with, using our habitual mechanisms.
We all experience stress differently, for most it can be felt in sleep issues, anxiety, irritability, unhealthy eating habits and a general feeling of lack of control and running pointlessly in a hamster wheel. This is not a healthy or happy way of living and for so many actually ends up in burnout or physical symptoms.
How would you like to regain control in this area?
I learnt the hard way (see about me) and have dedicated the last 10 years of my life to studying as much as I can on the topic.
This wealth of knowledge is what I want to share with you.
In this course I will be sharing science-based knowledge from various disciplines all over the world and through time, tips and tricks and simple exercises which will clearly lower your stress levels and increase you energy and feeling of well-being, and all you will need are your own two hands.
We will be covering the domains of:

- stress and stress-release
